I'm Jenni - owner and designer at Stucio & Waow.  
When you book Stucio & Waow, you'll work with me through the entire planning process, right from the first contact all the way up to the day of your wedding! 
I am a 4th generation florist and whilst I could have chosen any career, flowers and creativity is my kind of thing. 
To me flowers are transformative, they have the power to impress and evoke the senses.
 I studied Floristry, Management and Interior Design and when the opportunity arose I decided to specialise in Wedding floristry and the legacy continues. With over 25 years experience in the wedding industry, I am one of those lucky people who loves what they do!

With a collaborative approach I aim to make the process of coordinating your wedding flowers an enjoyable experience, simple streamlined and fun.

 Flowers are an essential piece to creating an unforgettable wedding. Every wedding is unique as is each couples style which is why I embrace a diverse style when creating wedding flowers. 
If you love a classic look that exudes elegance I will create it for you. If wild and whimsical is your thing I will fashion that feeling. Or perhaps you love a dramatic look, something that is striking and bold through the use of colour, form or textures, if this is your style I'd love the challenge.

The Big Day! Rest easy and enjoy every moment of your day. We'll take care of event day delivery and installation according to agreed specifications.

INVESTMENT

WHEN TO BOOK & HOW?​​​​​​​
Most couples secure the date 12-18 months in advance of their wedding date
To place a booking please contact me to check the availability of your wedding date. 
To confirm the Booking I will send you a Booking Form to complete, sign and return. Included with the Booking Form will be a copy of T&C's
A non-refundable Booking fee of £100 is required to secure the services of Stucio & Waow.

CAN YOU HOLD A DATE FOR US?
I often get enquiries for the same date and if I am already in discussions with a client they will have first refusal to secure our services. Any delays in replying can sometimes mean missing out on dates due to demand. The date may be held provisionally for a short period only whilst I further your enquiry. Only upon payment of the Booking Fee is the date secured.
CONSULTATION APPOINTMENTS
Ideally I love to meet up in person to discuss all your ideas and to give guidance or advice
By appointment only : Consultations are held at my Garden Studio or if you wish an initial chat can be held by phone.
For out of town or overseas clients we are happy to liaise by email or phone. Following discussions you will receive a design brief or estimated quote of ideas for you to consider
WEDDING QUOTES
Following your consultation I will prepare an estimated quote for your approval. The estimated quote may include several options and ideas for you to consider
You will be given a period of time to confirm your quote and your preferred requirements
Along with the estimated quote you will be provided with details of how to amend or confirm your quote.
After acceptance of quote moderate changes will be accepted. Should there be any significant changes to requirements or services, the changes must be agreed and cancellation charges may apply
PAYMENT OF WEDDING BOOKING REQUIREMENTS​​​​​​​
Payment of the wedding order is required no later than 2 weeks prior to the Wedding date. 
An Invoice will be sent in advance of payment date
Installment payments can also be arranged for clients who wish to spread the cost over a period of time
DELIVERY, SET UP OR UPLIFT CHARGES​​​​​​​
Delivery is charged at 45p per mile to and from each location plus a time element of £10 per hour
Set Up/Installation charges are based on time spent at the venue, unloading and installing all decorative elements and designs @ £25 per hour
Uplift charges are based on mileage and time as per delivery charges. Dismantling charges are per Set Up Charges @ £25 per hour
